Experience Bella-Brooke Vineyard
When the first grapes were planted overlooking Black Lake, near a dairy barn built over two centuries before, a new era of local wine began. Bella-Brooke Vineyard holds the distinctive honor of being the only St. Lawrence County winery that crafts all 8 wines in our reserve from the 5,000 vines on our own property. Since opening the winery in 2013, the old barn has seen all kinds of new life, from wine enthusiasts to production workers, and owners Gary & Carol Davis and Larry & Jodi Hollister look forward to meeting you next!
Every weekend Bella-Brooke welcomes live entertainers from all over the area to fill our tasting room with music and people who enjoy good wine. As the only farm winery in St. Lawrence County, we have won multiple awards annually since 2012 in the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition, and in 2013, a Silver Medal in the New York Wine & Food Classic.
Bella-Brooke also sells growlers from the St. Lawrence Brewing Company, and 1000 River Rat Cheese, two more local businesses worth a try. While the vineyards surrounding the Finger Lakes may have inspired us initially, we believe Bella-Brooke now proves that North Country wine is some of the best in the world.
