River Myst Winery
Family owned and operated, River Myst is the premiere winery in St. Lawrence County. What started as a hobby became a successful business that specializes in wine for every type of occasion. Only locally grown grapes are used to create our wine, top sellers including Black Water Raspberry, Wilson White, and Black Tonip, with three different cooking wines in stock as well. We offer over 20 varietals of wine including dry reds & whites & our awesome semi-sweets.
High Peaks Winery
Recently relocated to Winthrop in 2014, High Peaks now produces 10 different wines using products from some of the finest national vineyards. Our newly established cold-hardy vineyard is perfect for the Northern setting of the Adirondack foothills, and produces three different kinds of grapes. With flavors ranging from dry to sweet, every bottle produced on site, we look forward to serving you any of our handcrafted, high-quality North Country wines.
When the first grapes were planted overlooking Black Lake, near a dairy barn built over two centuries before, a new era of local wine began. Bella-Brooke Vineyard holds the distinctive honor of being the only St. Lawrence County winery that crafts all 8 wines in our reserve from the 5,000 vines on our own property. Since opening the winery in 2013, the old barn has seen all kinds of new life, from wine enthusiasts to production workers, and owners to create a memorable experience for our visitors.
